Enclosure (4) statesJthat the City will not set any precedent <br />in paying Mr. Auspos overtime. <br /> <br />As the City Administrator, my major concern in this case is that the City's <br />Ordinance and policy (which are synonymous) are not being compromised. Accord- <br />ingly, I asked the City Attorney to submit the above legal opinion on this case. <br />He states that the Code and policy in the above case will not be compromised <br />in paying overtime. <br /> <br /> <br />
