TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Lloyd Schnelle <br /> <br />Jeanne Moen, Accountant <br />June 9, 1982 <br />Transfer of Revenue Sharing funds, and total costs for City <br />Hall Improvements. <br /> <br />Attached is a list of the Revenues and Expenditures for City Hall <br />remodeling, furniture, energy saving measures and miscellaneous <br />supplies needed for the lower level. As you can see by the Revenues <br />section, the total allocation has been received from Anoka County <br />for the HUD Block Grant. The balance of the expenditures not covered <br />by the grant is $49,808.77. <br /> <br />Attached also, is a request for transfer from Revenue Sharing to <br />the General Fund for the above mentioned amount. The total transfer <br />budgeted and the remaining balance is calculated below. <br /> <br />Revenue Sharing transfer budgeted <br /> for General Fund improvements <br /> to city hall <br /> <br />Transfer request above <br /> <br />$72,000. O0 <br />(49,808.77) <br /> <br />Balance $22,191.23 <br /> <br />The remaining balance of $22,191.23 would be the total available for <br />the two remaining budgeted items (solar heating and land acquisition). <br /> <br />Should you have any further questions regarding this please let me know. <br /> <br /> <br />
