Motion by and seconded by to approve/dis- approve (If you disapprove, you should state reasons) of granting a conditional use permit to Mr. James Gilbertson to operate a rental business, providing Mr. Gilbertson executes an agreement with the City of Ramsey. Further, to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no CASE #2: CASE OF MR. LEO DESCHENES: In accordance with the Building Official's letter dated June 2, 1982 which is included as enclosure (D3-b), Mr. Deschenes has been asked to appear before the City Council and explain his reasons for not acquiring sewer permits or scheduling inspections. Inasmuch as this is not the first time this has happened, the Building Official feels the City Council should review Mr. Deschenes' license. Council Action: No action will be necessary unless you decide to revoke Mr. Deschenes' license. CASE 93: TEMPORARY BEER AND BINGO LICENSE, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF ANOKA FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Anoka Fire Department is requesting a temporary beer and bingo license for September 12, 1982.
