With the recent growth~ I feel that
in city neighborhood settings that certain things NOT be allowed, such
as the fo]lowing:

1. Snowmobiling - I have had a few trees killed by some kind
person on a snowmobile.

2. Two or three (2-3) dogs per household - The owners believe
the dogs can go anywhere they want, never being tied
or in a kennel.

3,~.1~,~ such as chickens or geese - This is fine fo~-a farm
setting in Ramsey, but certainly not a residential
setting, I feel it lowers the value of the neighborhood.

4. Drinking liquor or beer in city parks.

I know by talking to other'neighbors and residents that I am not the only
concerned property owner. I enjoy living in the City of Ramsey, and my
husband & I feel it a nice community to raise our family.

I hope that my suggestions are directed to the proper people to maybe
bring about some much needed changes.

Waiting to hear from you. Thank you for your time.

S, incerely, p

Mary L. Hj~lm
178].]. Erkium St. NW
Ramsey, MN 55303
