(Please <br />refer to resolution for Resolution #82-68). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No' None. <br /> <br />Case #4' Street Improvement Project #82-9 Shadv Lawn Estates- <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #82-69 Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications for the Shady Lawn Estates Improvement Project #82-9. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-69). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Street Improvement Project #82-8 Deerwood Addition: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox inquired as to what happens now regarding the owner of <br />the hobby farm at the end of 177th, who was not notified of the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that Mr. Goodrich's instructions were to notify the owner <br />of the property of the street improvement, that he will be assessed, and <br />that if he wishes to contest the assessment, he can do so at the assessment <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to adopt Resolution #82-70 Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans <br />and Specifications for the Deerwood Addition Improvement Project #82-8. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-70). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6' Street Improvement Project #82-6 Bowers Mississippi Acres: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adopt <br />Resolution #82-71 Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications for the Bowers Mississippi Acres Improvement Project #82-6, <br />based on the center line of the true right of way. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated that trees will be removed at <br />the discretion of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Sp C/May 17, 1982 <br /> Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
