(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-76). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Cox and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Council then discussed ingress/egress situations onto County roads. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />direct City Administrator to write to the County Engineer to have the occupant <br />who resides at 7200 152nd Avenue NW remove his driveway on County Rd. #56 <br />(Ramsey Blvd.) and place it on 152nd Avenue NW to be in conformance with the <br />Ramsey City Code in regards to approachways onto thoroughfares from residential <br />dwellingS, as is the case because he could enter from a minor street. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes- Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Case #11' Receiving And Accepting Bids On 4 X 4 Truck And Dump Body And One <br /> Dump Box: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #82-77 Accepting the bids received for the purchase of a 4 x 4 <br />truck for the Street Department. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #82-77). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #82-78 Accepting the bids received for the purchase of a <br />dump box and hydra turn plow. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: Landfill <br /> <br />Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and <br /> Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Marilyn Gallagher - 6905 151st - Made the following statement: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The annual licensing of the Anoka/Ramsey landfill is underway. The <br />2nd step before Public Health for permitting is in June. If the Council <br />has any comments and/or requests, they should be addressed before June 30, <br />1982. <br /> <br />The Legislative Oversite Commission on Waste Management has ordered public <br />hearings in every county on landfill abatement.
