Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 Re: Supplement to the Feasibility Study for Proposed Bituminous Street Paving 15?th Lane N.W. lying East of County Road No. 56 Dear Council Members: As requested at your April 27, 1982 council meeting, we have revised the costs on the above referenced feasibility. The area of benefit for the project lies within the South 1/2 of Section 15, Township 32 North, Range 25 West. In review of the project, we have proposed a two feet wider street as shown on the attached exhibit and we have deleted the restoration from the project in accordance with the City's new policy. The reason for widening the street is to better accommodate snowplowing operations. The revised estimated cost for the project is $48,100.00 and the unit cost is $2,829.41. The estimated costs and cost summary are shown on the attached Table I and II. We will be present at the public hearing on May 17, 1982 to discuss this project.
