I I I I I I i I I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA 'fO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will meet in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:15 P.M. on May 17, 1982, to consider the making of tarvia street improvements and drainage improvements on the following streets in the City of Ramsey. The streets are located in the plat of Shady Lawn Estates and adjacent unplatted sections in Section 10 Township 32, Range 25 all in Anoka County, Minnesota, and said streets are specifically named as follows: a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. and 17Oth Lane N.Wo b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. c) Yttrium Street NoW. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates e) 170th Avenue N.W. between the line Of Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. f) 17Oth Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates The above streets are located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, City of RAmsey, Anoka County, Minnesota The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting on the described streets.
