Further, at the above meeting Mr. Raatikka stated that he was joining the firm of Hakanson Anderson Associ- ates, Inc. and would commence work with the firm after the 14th of May or sooner. Council informed Mr. Raatikka that he should prepare a draft contract for the City to review. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-a) is hereby submitted for your review and action. The following is contained in enclosure (D2-a): a) Special Council minutes of May 4, 1982. These minutes are submitted for informational purposed only. b) Proposed contract - Mr. Raatikka has submitted his proposed contract to serve as the City's Consulting Engineer.
