I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the council Cbambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:30 P.M. on May 17, 1982, to consider the <br />making of tarvia street improvements and drainage improvements on the <br />following streets in the City of RA~sey. <br /> <br /> The streets are located in the plat of Deerwood ADdition <br />in Section 5 Township 32, Range 25 all in Anoka County, Minnesota and <br />said streets are specifically named as follows: <br /> <br />a) Gibbon Street N.W. between the line of County Road <br />#63 (173rd Avenue N.W.) north to its end at the cul de <br />sac <br /> <br />b) Eland Street N.W. between the line of 176th Lane N.W. <br />and 177th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />c) 176th Lane N.W. between the line of Gibbo~ Street N.W. <br />to the east plat boundary of Deerwood Addition <br /> <br />d) 177th Avenue N.W. between the line of Gibbon Street <br />N.W. to the east plat boundary of Deerwood Addition <br /> <br />The above streets are located in the East Half of Section 5 <br />Township 32, Range 25, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br /> .The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting on <br />the described streets. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $67,500.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: May 5, 1982 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
