The area of <br />benefit for the project lies within the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29 and the East 1/2 <br />of Section 30, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />In review of the project, we have deleted the restoration in accordance with the <br />City's new policy. As requested, we have estimated the project cost on the basis <br />of realigning the street to the true centerline. However, some adjustments may be <br />made during the design of the project to save some of the trees and reduce the <br />project costs. <br /> <br />The estimated project cost for Bower's Mississippi Acres is $129,550.00 and the <br />estimated project cost for Bower's Mississippi Acres Second Addition is $7,500.00. <br />The estimated costs and cost summaries are shown on Tables I, II, III and IV. <br /> <br />We will be present at the public hearing on May 17, 1982 to discuss these projects. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
