MEMO <br /> TO: Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> FROM: Building Official Berg <br /> <br /> RE: Ramsey Commons Sketch Plan <br /> · <br /> <br />D^TE: April 6, 1982 <br /> <br />Regarding the exclusion of the two acre + parcel remaining of the Kerssen property <br />in the Ramsey Commons plat proposal, City Attorney Bill Goodrich has advised me <br />that the parcel is of legal size for the area it is zoned (UMB) and inasmuch as it <br /> is not of the four acres + purchased by Scandinavian Construction Company, <br /> part <br />Delano D.
