My findings are as follows: <br /> <br />1) Adequate access to the attic has not yet been provided as <br /> noted on the Certificate of Occupancy as a correction. <br /> <br />2) A copy of the water test, as noted as a correction of the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy, has not been provided. <br /> <br />3) The overhead garage door header, depending on the construc- <br /> tio~could be inadequately designed. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />The east wall of the master bedroom and the east wall of <br />walk-in closet are both pushed in noticeably resulting in <br />damage to the sheetrock as well as probable structural <br />damage to the wall. <br /> <br />5) There is an apparent roof leak around the Class A chimney <br /> for the wood stove. <br /> <br />Please advise us immediately on what corrective matters will be taken. <br />Failure to comply with requirements of the Building Code is a misde- <br />meanor and subject to penalties thereof. <br /> <br />Should you have any further questions regarding these matters, please <br />feel free to see me at my office or call me at 427-1410. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Building Official <br /> <br /> <br />
