Ail <br />are wondering why their valuations raised more than the normal 7%. The reason <br />being they have added some improvements since it was viewed in 1977. In the <br />most part, it is either a deck, finished basement or a driveway. <br /> <br />I attended the local assessor's meeting on April 13, 1982. Beginning with the <br />1983 assessments there will be no more split classification. The reason for <br />this is the computer will not calculate the split class on one field card and <br />the small amount of tax derived from these parcels doesn't warrant two field <br />cards. <br /> <br />I am taking a few inspections for Clayton when he's busy doing other work here <br />at the office. I'm still transferring information on the new field cards. <br /> <br />My car is still performing nicely. No problems whatsoever.
