There are 21 signatures in favor and this has a total of <br />61 units. This is just 35% signing in favor, however, it was stated <br />that several of these residents own more than one unit. <br /> <br />A petition for street improvement has been received for the Deerwood <br />Addition. There are 22 units in this area and 13 signed in favor. <br />This makes 59% in favor. There were two signatures obtained from <br />the Shawn Acres Addition and these were not counted for Deerwood. <br /> <br />Council Action should be to adopt Resolution #82- Declaring Adequacy <br />of Petition and Ordering Preparation of Report for the Deerwood ADdition. <br />The Bowers Mississippi Acres is so close to the 35% that it is very <br />touch and go. I am not recommending action either way. That will have <br />to be strictly Council decision. <br /> <br />SB <br /> <br /> <br />
