We, the undersigned, hereby request the City Council to direct the blacktopping <br />of Bowers Drive as it i~ presently travelled, including provisions for <br />appropriate drainage. This request is for the entire road as it travela <br />through Bowers Mississippi Acres, which lies south of Highway 10. <br /> <br /> <br />
