RESOLUTION #82- RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, by Resolution #81-129 passed by Council on September 8, 1981, Council adopted the assessment for Street Improvement Project #80-16 which included the following streets: a) 153rd Lane NW lying in the northeast quarter of Section 22, Town- ship 32, Range 25 and the northwest quarter of Section 23, Town- ship 32, Range 25, lying west of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW b) 154th Lane NW lying between Hematite Street NW and Xenon Street NW c) Zirconium Street NW lying between 153rd Lane NW and 154th Lane NW d) Xenon Street NW lying between 153rd Lane NW and 154th Lane NW WHEREAS,' the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Min- nesota, has declared Resolution #81-129 which adopted the assessments for Street Improvement Project #80-16 for the above street, void due to not all of the parcels of land within the project were being assessed. WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of ~in- nesota has directed that a new public hearing be held to reassess the above project which would include the parcels of land that were not included in the original assessment hearing. a) 153rd Lane NW lying in the northeast quarter of Section 22, Town- ship 32, Range 25 and the northwest quarter of Section 23, Town- ship 32, Range 25 lying west of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW b) 154th Lane NW lying between Hematite Street NW and Xenon Street NW c) Zirconium Street NW lying between 153rd Lane NW and 154th Lane NW d) Xenon Street NW lying between 153rd Lane NW and 154th Lane NW NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the day .of , 1982 in the Ramsey Municipal Center at p.m. to pass on such proposed reassessment and at .such time and place all, persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment be published once in the official news- paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause notices to be mailed to each of the owners of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearing.
