VICTOR SCHWINGHAMER DECLARING PLAT 89211, PARCEL 4215 TO'BE A LOT <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />OF ~ECORD: <br /> <br />Mr. Victor Schwinghamer of 6410 - 169th Lane NW owns the above referenced parcel <br />which remained after the Klemish-Flores property was platted. It is our opinion <br />that inasmuch as this parcel remained after the plat was developed, it is a lot <br />of record and would be considered a buildable site.
