TO: City Council Members FROM: Mayor Gamec RE: Misc. Items for Lower Level DATE: April 22, 1982 It will be necessary for the City to supply certain items for the lower level upon its completion. These items include such things as waste paper baskets, utensils for the kitchen, etc. I've gotten compiled a list of some items to start with and they can always be added to in the future.
