NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR/NG <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO%THOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment <br />will hold a public hearing on April 27, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Richard Hartman's request <br />to construct a pole building larger than permitted by City Ordinance 170.014B, <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Plat 89224, Parcel 5790 and is <br />generally known as 5515 - 152nd Avenue NW, Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Board <br />of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
