Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, <br />Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />b) Barthel's Rum River Acres - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox to adopt Resolution #82-39 Resolution Receiving Report and <br />Calling Hearing on Improvement for the Barthel's Rum River Acres <br />Addition and said hearing is to be held on April 20, 1982 at <br />7:40 p.m. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82- <br />39). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox suggested establishing a <br />policy as to alignment of any new roads, which will eliminate <br />arbitration in the future. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg authorizing City Staff to establish a policy as to <br />alignment of any new roads. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
