I I I I I I I I I PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A public hearing in regards to Street Improvement Project #82-4 Bower's Mississippi Acres Third Addition was called to order on Tuesday, April 20, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, at 8:49 P.M. Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember A1 Sorteberg Councilmember Gary Reimann Councilmember Sue Van Wagner Councilmember Arnie Cox Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle City Engineer Peter Raatikka Reporter Eric Sandin A presentation of Street Improvement Project #82-4 Bower's Mississippi Acres Third Addition was made by City Engineer Raatikka. Dennis Potter - 14200 Bowers Drive - Inquired as to how cul-de-sac at the end of the street is going to be handled. City Engineer Raatikka informed Mr. Potter that utilizing easements, the cul-de-sac will be as large and as round as possible. Mayor Gamec indicated that the City has received letters from residents of this area in regards to the proposed project. Mr. Anderson - 14370 Bowers Drive - Stated that he is in favor of the project. I I I I Mayor Gamec stated that indications are that 8 out of 10 residents are in favor of the project. Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adjourn the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Van Wagner.
