Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 Supplement to the Feasibility Study for Proposed Bituminous Street Paving and Drainage Improvements, Bower's Mississippi Acres, Bower's Mississippi Acres 2nd and 3rd Additions and Adjacent UnplatLed Areas in Sections 29 & 30 Dear Council Members: I I I As requested at your March 29, 1982, council, meeting, we have revised the above ref- erenced feasibility to include only Bower's Mississippi Acres 3rd and adjacent un- platted area in Section 29. The area of benefit for the project lies within the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, as shown on the attached Exhibit A. The estimated cost of the improvement is $21,125, and the unit cost is $1760.42. This unit cost was determined by proposing two future 10 acre units on the unplatted property adjacent Lo Bower's Drive and dividing the total project cost among the ten existing units in Bower's Mississippi Acres Third Addition and the two proposed units. The estimated costs and cost summary are shown on the attached Tables I and H. We will. be present at the public hearing on April 20, 1982, to discuss this project.
