I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CLEANING SERVICE, MAINTENANCE OF OUTSIDE GROUNDS AND RAMSEY CITY PARKS BASIS OF AWARD The contract may be awarded to the lowest qualified price quote, or in the best interests of the City. RIGltT TO HOLD AND REJECT BIDS The City reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of. thirty (30) days from the date set for the opening thereof before acting on. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and also to waive in- formalities. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT Part I Cleaning Service The City of Ramsey will provide such things as plastic bags, paper toweling, toilet paper, soap for bathrooms, mops and brooms. It will be the responsibility of the cleaning service to provide cleaning detergents, dust- ing materials, vacuum and any other products they deem necessary to provide the cleaning service. Part II Maintenance of Outside Grounds Part III It will be the responsibility of the outside grounds ser- vice to provide their own mower, gas, oil or whatever else is deemed necessary to provide the outside grounds service. The City of Ramsey will not be responsibi!e for the maintenance of equipment, etc? for this service. Ramsey City Parks It will be the requirement'of the person'maintaining the City Parks to use a minimum five (5) foot rotary mower or better. It will be the responsibility of this ser- vice to provide their own gas, oil or whatever else is deemed necessary to provide the required service. The City of Ramsey will not be responsible for the main- tenance of equipment, etc. for this service. REFERENCES REQUIRED Two references will be required by the City of Ramsey for those wishing to bid on Part I only.
