He recently purchased this parcel and incor- <br />porated this as a part of his residence. <br /> <br />Initially I sent him a letter stating he would need a Board of <br />Adjustment variance as the parcel is only 49 feet wide and he <br />would not be able to meet the setback requirements from the <br />street. However, further investigation revealed that the ease- <br />ment for the street is only 33 feet, it has not, according to <br />the Street Superintendent, been accepted as a City Street but <br />we are, however, maintaining it. <br /> <br />Therefore, it is necessary, at this time to determine if this <br />is in fact a City street as it changes Mr. Millers setback <br />requirements by 30 feet. If it is not a City street he can <br />build his garage with no problems. <br /> <br /> <br />
