I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY BETWEEN DICKENSON BUS SALES & LEASING AND THE CITY OF RAMSEY Intent and Purppse To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey for all commercial and industrial developments approved by the City of Ramsey are understood between Dickenson Bus Sales and Leasing, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and that the Applicant complies fully with said conditions of approval within the time frames established by this agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the Applicant has made proper application for the approvals granted by this agreement and has met or shall meet all conditions as established by the City. The property is legally described as Lot , Block and is generally known as 14140 Azurite Street NW. The zoning at the date of this agreement is I-l, Industrial, and the approved use is industrial (manufacturing), etc. Conditions of Agreement 1) That the Applicant shall deposit with the City an escrow in the amount of $500 as defined in the City site and design ordinance, 2) That the Applicant shall deposit with the City a bond or other secUrity accept- able to the City, in the amount of $1,000 to insure compliance With this agreement. 3) That the Applicant shall comply with all provisions of the' building code in the temporary structure. 4) That the Applicant shall remove said temporary structure on or before September 13, 1982. 5) That the Applicant shall provide an exit in compliance With the building code in the east wall of his exiSting building at or near the southeast corner of his existing building.
