The standard control system will <br />provide up, down, stop and instant reverse. It can be mounted anywhere you <br />desi re. <br /> <br />As you'll recall, our AirLift system will provide the City of Ramsey with sig- <br />nificant real dollar savings in three ways: <br /> <br />An AirLift opener will open and close any overhead door two or three <br />times faster than conventional electric openers, providing significant <br />energy conservation savings by dramatically reducing heat or air con- <br />ditioning loss. Northern States Power Company has the system on its <br />service garages, and its engineers have calculated that the energy con- <br />servation savings will pay for the entire system in just one year--and <br />that's at today's natural gas prices. With deregulation, gas prices are <br />predicted to increase 100 percent in the next year or two. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />When used with standard controls, the system does not use any electric- <br />ity at all. When electronic controls are used, the system requires <br />just 24 volts for switching. Either way, it consumes significantly <br />less electrical energy than conventional, motor-driven openers. <br /> <br />Since we have just two moving parts, our AirLift openers require vir- <br />tually no maintenance, again providing important labor savings. There <br />are simply no motors to burn out, no drive belts to break. <br /> <br />As an added benefit, by maintaining a warmer, more comfortable work environment <br />in your shipping areas, employee morale rises and attendance and productivity <br />could both increase. <br /> <br />I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
