AWARD OF SUBCONTRACTS AND OTHER CONTRACTS FOR PORTIONS OF THE WORK Supplement to paragraph 5.2.1 of the General Conditions. List of subcontractors shall be-submitted in five (5) copies. BOND Supplement to paragraph 7.5 of the General Conditions. TERMS OF PAYMENT Supplement to Article 9 of the General Conditions. Sworn Construction Statement · Before submitting first application for pa3nnent, the Contractor shall submit six copies of a Sworn Consturction Statement (Detailed Schedule of Values of Construction Costs) to the City. T. his statement shall be accomplished on forms provided by the City and sworn to by the' Contractor and accepted by the-Surety and by the Guarantors. during the progress of the work, 'the Contractor shall present to the Owner through": the City a Sworn Application for.
