Further, it is part of enclosure D2-a in regards to land valuations. <br /> <br />3) Enclosure 3 contains the special Council minutes of February 9, 1982 as corrected <br />by the Ramsey City Council at this meeting. <br /> <br />4) Enclosure 4 contains the same meeting minutes prior to Council making the corrections. <br />I have provided both sets of minutes so that Council is able to run a comparison as to <br />what they wanted when they made the corrections. <br /> <br />5) Enclosure 5 is an additional enclosure to the C-1 section of Council agenda dated <br />March 23, 1982.
