I ,I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Addition, all in Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count'y, Minnesota. and further not to rezone the following described properties from Business to Rural Business due to the fact that they are adjacent to the proposed sewer service area and in order to be consistent with Council's action taken regarding proposed ordinance to rezone Industrial to Rural Industrial: That property lying northeast of the intersection of Ramsey Blvd. and 149th Avenue NW, which property is specifically legally described as follows: 1. The west 458 feet of the south 394.37 feet of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. That property lying southerly of the intersection of U.S. Highway #10 and #169 and Armstrong Boulevard, which property is specifically legally described as follows' That part of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 lying southerly of U.S. Highway #10 and #169 and that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying northerly of the s6uth line of Alpaca Estates and its extension, all in Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adjourn the special council meeting. Motion carried.
