We recommend that the top 2 feet of granular soil be compacted <br />to 98 percent of the maximum density obtained in accordance with the <br />Modified Proctor Method. <br /> <br />We would be pleased to comment on pavement designs, if required. The soils <br />at the investigated site would be appropriate for a full-depth pavement in <br />addition to-a bituminous pavement'overlying a granular base course. The <br />decision regarding the two pavement alternatives should be based on a <br />cost-performance judgment. <br /> <br />GENERAL QUALIFICATIONs <br /> <br />This report has been prepared based on the soil and ground water conditions <br />determined in our exploration and the project data provided by.Consulting <br />Engineers Diversified, Inc.
