The area <br />proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the commercial property <br />abutting on such street. The estimated cost of such improvement is <br />$28,350. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
