The term "withdrawn" is used to indicate that the project sponsor chose not to
pursue grant approval. The notation "12/81 LAC" means the application has been reviewed
and approved by both the Legislative Commission on Minnesota's Resources (LCMR) and the
Legislative Advisory Commission (LAC). LCMR/LAC approval constitutes final approval for
"straight state" applications. Those applications that have received LCMR/LAC approval
and are also programmed for LAWCON funds are now being submitted to the National Park
Service (NPS) for formal approval of the LAW¢ON grants. The term "pending" indicates
that the project sponsor has not, to date, completed all of the requirements necessary
to receive either or both LCMR and NPS approval. The next LCMR meeting is scheduled
for March 1982.

/pas

Attachments
