He has <br />concluded it shall be necessary for you to obtain a Board of Adjustment <br />variance inasmuch as the structure would not meet the minimum setback re-. <br />quirements of the ordinance. <br /> <br />You are advised that the Board of Adjustment variance fee is $90.00 which <br />is not refundable even if your request is denied. <br /> <br />Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel <br />free to see us at our office or call us at 427-1410.
