Johnson of Carl Johnson Plumbing and the representatives from <br />Hyd~o-Therm have not yet viewed our boiler problem. However, in our last <br />telephone conversation with Mr. Johnson, they indicated this was being <br />arranged. <br /> <br />The work in the basement is proceeding quite well with most of the rough <br />in work being completed. The sheet rock has been placed on some of the <br />walls in the kitchen and bathroom areas and some work has been done on <br />mechanical systems. <br /> <br />Quotations are presently being solicited for the energy conservation <br />items that have been previously discussed. They will be received until <br />2:00 P.M., March 16, 1982 and we will have a recommendation for the <br />Council meeting of March 23, 1982. <br /> <br />To date there was only one permit for a repair job and one sewer repair <br />permit issued in 1982. I had 19 inspections and the car was driven 1300 <br />miles by various individuals, <br /> <br />CRB:sb . <br /> <br /> <br />
