Generally, the study area lies between U.S. Hwy. 10 and Industry Avenue and east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. as shown on Map 13A of the City's Comprehensive Plan. Tasks to be included in the scope of work are as follows: 1) Select preliminary alignments for both the sanitary sewer and water trunk lines and determine right of way requirements. 2) Select a preliminary site and right of way requirements for a well. 3) Prepare cost estimates for the proposed well, pumphouse and trunk facilities. 4) Determine the overall area of benefit for the facilities and separate the oversizing costs from the lateral costs. 5) Review alternative assessment .policies and make recon~nendations on how to finance and assess the project. (Presently the city does not have an assessment policy for sewer and water utilities.) 6) Review the operation and maintenance costs involved with water and sewer utilities and make recommendations on fi'nancing these costs. 7) Provide the city with 15 copies of the final study which includes a descrip- tion of the projects, compilation of cost estimates, methods of financing, summary and recommendations. civil · municipal · planning $ environmental · land surveying · geotechnics · waste treatment
