The reason for such request is caused by the fact that our 1980 census <br />showed us slightly under the 200,000 population requirement to qualify for the <br />Community Block Program, such as we are now benefiting from. <br /> <br />If the City of Ramsey is desirous of utilizing the Community Development Block <br />Grant Program, it will be only through this method will we be able to qualify. <br />In view of the above, I recommend the City adopt the attached resolution. <br /> <br />/po <br /> <br /> <br />
