I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Com~.iission recessed at 9:20 P.M. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting of the~ Planning and Zoning <br />Commission back to order at 9:38 P.M. <br /> <br />Case #3 (Continued) <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider - This proposed ordinance could conceivably affect <br />more land than what we are looking at tonight. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dunn - Possibly an ordinance combining process/dOmestic- <br />water along with volume would get at the problem. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer - I am not satisfied with the definition of domestic <br />water as proposed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to recommend <br />to City Council approval of the proposed language of Amendment to City <br />Code Sections 170.013D(5), 170.013D(6), 170.013D(7), and 170.0111, <br />Paragraphs 32 and 33 with the following changes and/or additions: <br /> <br />With reference to paragraphs entitled "Permitted Uses", change <br />the phrase 'discharge process water' to 'generate process waste <br />water' <br /> <br />2. Animal clinics should be included as a permitted use. <br /> <br />3. Delete truck terminals from permitted use. <br /> <br />4. Change 170.0111 to read as follows: <br /> <br />170.0111 Definitions, Paragraphs 32 and 33 <br /> <br />For purposes only of 170.013D(5) and 170.013D(6), the following <br />definitions apply: <br /> <br />32. Domestic Waste Water is any water generated by a use used for <br /> personal hygiene such as lavatories and related sinks. <br /> <br />33. Process Waste Water is any water generated by other than <br /> domestic use. <br /> <br />5. Developers be required to include 3 drainfields in their site and <br /> design plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Dunn, <br />Zimmerman and Schneider. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4 Amendment of the Ctiy Zoning Districts: <br /> <br />A.
