The purpose of this study was to evaluate various waste.- <br />water treatment needs and options for the Northwest portion of <br />the b~etropolitan Area. <br /> <br />This project has been discussed at length with members of the <br />~4-ctropolitan Council and Waste Control. ConumissJ. on, city officials <br />of the affected communities, as .well as t:he MPCA.
