February 1, 1982

Ms. Jan Boeris
14045 Magnesium Street
Ramsey, MN 55303

Dear Ms. Boeris:

In response to your inquiry in regards to Magnesium Street, I am
enclosing the following documents for your information on this case:

a) Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission minutes dated
August 7, 1978

b) City Engineer's letter dated August 17, 1978

c) Ramsey City Council minutes dated August 28, 1978

d) Mr. Robert F. Hoffman's letter dated December 5, 1980
to the City of Ramsey

e) City of Ramsey's reply to Mr. Robert Hoffman dated
January 13, 1980

f) Survey showing lots and un-dedicated roadway. The
yellow mark shows where developer had intended the
roadway to be located.

The citizens who ~eside in your neighborhood who want Magnesium Street
to be a dedicated street will have to accomplish what has been set forth
by the Ramsey City Council in their minutes dated August 28, 1978. If
the majority of the citizens desire to have Magnesium Street a dedicated
street, you should get up a petition stating that the landowners on that
street will grant the necessary 66 ft. street easement and further that
you will agree to bring the street up to City standards. The City can
do the street improvements but these costs will be assessed back to the
benefited property owners.

Should have further questions, please feel free to contact me at
you
any
427-1410. ·
Sincerely, j ;

Les:po
