That property located in the vicinity of 169th Avenue NW and Armstrong Boulevard, which property is specif- ically legally described as follows: ~ a) Lot 1, Block 3, Autumn Heights, located in ~- the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of /~-j~?~r/' Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
