Mr. Darryl Fults, Sr.
2. Mr. Dale Voltin
3. Dr. Thomas Anderson

Case #3 Amendment to City Code Sections 170.013D(5), 170.013D(6), 170.013D(7)
and 170.0111, Paragraphs 32 and 33:

I
I

Commissioner Dunn - stated that he cannot understand the use of different
standards for processed water versus domestic water. City's major concern
is quantity of water used and he doesn't know why City is going through
this exercise when City already has a ordinance stating that businesses
using an excess amount of water must operate on a larger parcel of land
and utilize a larger sewer system.

Wes Bulen - 16600 St. Francis Blvd. - Why doesn't the City utilize sealed
tanks?

I
I

Clayton Berg - Then what do you do with the waste? Anoka won't accept it.

Commissioner Dunn - I think the proposed ordinance language would create a
situation where individuals could obtain permits for one project and not
for another and use the same amounts of water. One uniform standard in
regard to quantity of water used would be better.

P&Z/February 2, 1982
Page 5
