I <br />,I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Proposed <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT FOR THAT AREA <br />PROPOSED TO BE REZONED FROM <br />INDUSTRIAL TO RURAL INDUSTRIAL <br /> <br />That the subject property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, that part of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 lying northerly of <br />U.S. Highway No. 10 & 169 and that part of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying northerly of <br />U.S. Highway No. 10 & 169, all in Section 29, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and the property lies northwest of the intersection o'f U.S. <br />Highways 10 and 169 and Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br />That ~ihe City Council has proposed this zoning district <br />amendment. <br /> <br />That a public hearing on the proposed amendment was held by <br />the Planning Commission on February 2, 1982. That <br />published and written notice of the hearing was properly <br />given and a copy of said notice is hereby incorporated in <br />these Findings. <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission's February 2, 1982 public <br />hearing minutes are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is not within the City's urban <br />service sewer area. <br /> <br />6. That in order to prevent the premature need for municipal <br /> sewer in the City outside the urban service sewer area, it <br /> is necessary to limit the type of water discharge which a <br /> use can generate· <br /> <br /> <br />
