I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-9 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 <br />Residential to ROS Recreational Open Space. <br /> <br />The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and that part <br />of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying East <br />of State Highway No. 47 and South of the North <br />426.29 feet, all in Section 11, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City's Engineer is hereby instructed to cause <br />this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map is adopted pursuant to Section <br />170.012 of Chapter 170.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
