I I I I I I City of Ramsey Anoka County, Minnesota NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing at 7:45 p.m. on February 2, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of this hearing is to take public input and comment regarding the proposed amendment of of City's Zoning Chapter by changing the zoning districts indicated on the following described parcels: Ae Change the following from Urban Conservation to Industrial: l) That property in the vicinity of the intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Industry Avenue, which property is specifically legally described as follows: a) ,The SE ]/4 of the SW ]/4 of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
