I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation requires that <br />Cities receiving MSA funds submit five (5) year capital improvement program <br />budgets and that they be updated each year; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City Staff of the City of Ramsey has submitted a pro- <br />posed Five (5) Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for the years <br />1982 through 1986 showing the City's proposed planned use of MSA funds; -and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey has reviewed the above <br />proposed budget for the years 1982 through 1986. <br /> <br />NOW TII]~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESTOA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City of Ramsey adopt the Five (5) Year Capital Improve- <br />ment Program (CIP) Budget for the years 1982 through 1986 showing the City's <br />pi_armed use of MSA funds. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that copies of the Five (5) Year Capital Improve- <br />ment Program (CIP) Budget for the-years 1982 through 1986 be furnished to <br />District #5, Minnesota Transportation Department, Golden Valley, Minnesota. <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br /> <br />
