The following. <br />comments are based on that evaluation. <br /> <br />The setback and access control needs identified on <br />page T-15 are supported by ~/DOT. <br /> <br /> 2. The need to keep non-regional trips off of the rezional <br /> highway system is supported bv Mn/DOT as covered on <br /> page T-15. <br /> <br />Anoka County proposes some changes'in the functional classification <br />from its previous 1974 Plan and also some changes in.the functional <br />classification of some roadway se~lnents. The nrocess will be coor- <br />dinated through the Metropolitan Council's Transportation Policy <br />Plan update. <br /> <br />Perhaps the Transmortation Element of the Anoka Count~, Comprehensive <br />Plan could be strengthened by introduc'in~ some object{yes and poli- <br />cies similar to the way the other elements in the Plan have been <br />handled. <br /> <br />Equal Opportunity Emtdoycr <br /> <br /> <br />
