Absent: Council- <br />member Reimann. <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />D) Council noted Estimated/Projected Cash Flow for 1981-1982. <br /> <br />Case #9 General Mills Proposed Land Use Resolution Rescinding of City <br /> Resolution '#81-189: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to rescind Resolution #81-189 and further to notify General Mills <br />that the City has rescinded Resolution #81-189 which gave them proposed <br />zoning for their land. However, the City will make appropriate <br />corrections to the map in the City's Comprehensive Plan showing General <br />Mills land being use as park land, in as much as this was an error to <br />begin with. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Council decision to enforce current policies. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1 Mr. Ron Jerrich Regarding Presentation of Solid Waste <br /> 'Incinera~i0n~ <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Jerrich could not be present at Council meeting but Mr. Dennis <br />Reagan was there in his place. Mr. Reagan made a brief presentation <br />to the Council on the solid waste incineration such as is being used <br />at St. Johns (Collegeville), Minnesota. He stated that in as much as <br />Ramsey does not have a customer that could utilize the steam energy <br />produced by bur~ing garbage, an incineration plant is not recommended <br />for the City'of Ramsey at this time. He offered a slide presentation <br />and tour of St. John's facility to the Council. <br /> <br />Case #2 Site and Design Plan for Recreation Facility; Case of Mr. <br /> Oren Lef~ke: <br /> <br />Tabled until January 12, 1982 Council Meeting.
