Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, <br />Zimmerman, Deemer and West. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2 Sketch Plan Concept; 'Case of Joseph Sentryz, Oakridge Industrial <br /> Square <br /> <br />Mr. Sentryz approached Commission to get their feelings on his plan to <br />subdivide a 5 acre parcel into four lots located on Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br />adjacent to and of the Renner Well property. <br /> <br />Commission advised Mr. Sentryz to go ahead with the platting process and <br />to be sure of where the easements are. <br /> <br />Case #3 Bzl-A'Zoning <br /> <br />Clayton Berg informed Commission that he had this matter put on their <br />agenda mostly for information only. He suggested the Commission give <br />this matter some thought for input at the public hearing to be held <br />at the P & Z Meeting in February. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec arrived-at P & Z Meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued between Mayor Gamec and Commission regarding types <br />of businesses that will be allowed on the corner of 167th and T.
