Our address is 9135 Collins <br />Drive, formerly 9135 Hwy 10 NW. Lot 1, BlOck I of-the Itasca Heights. We <br />believe that changing the property from R-1 Residential to B-2 Highway Business <br />would erode the small residential community established here and would oppose <br />such a change. We would like to remain residential. If this property were to <br />convert to business/commercial use, then we would follow suit and request that <br />our property also be converted and we would sell it. To have a business next <br />door would change the livability of this small area for the negative.
